Abstract：The paper is on the basis of fixing quantity analysis of space distribution type of urban system of Kunming with the "D Distance Average Figure Method of Near Point", analysed causes which make regional disparity of urban distrubution of Kunming by using "Grey Systim Relation Analysis Method".Then based on analytic result, put forward a proposal of urban development.To provide Scientific basis for urban system plan of Kunming city.
